Toronto, July 17 (IBNS): A Certificate Ceremony on a Collaborative Online International Learning Initiative Student Projects on “Computer Network Design” & "Web and Video Publishing on the Internet” between Dayalbagh Educational Institute (DEI), India & Seneca College, Canada, organized by Prashant Srivastava, Director, Seneca  International, was held on July 14 at Seneca College Newnham Campus, Toronto, Ontario.
