The announcement of the results for the high-pitched US Presidential elections is underway on Wednesday (November 5 in the United States). The counting of votes is taking place with former US President and Republican candidate Donald Trump taking a comfortable lead over Vice-President and Democrat nominee, Kamala Harris. A win for Trump, who was in chair from 2016 to 2020, will make a historic comeback to power while Harris' win will make the first female President in the US.
