New Delhi, Apr 8 (IBNS) The ruling Congress might announce its candidate who will contest the 2014 Lok Sabha elections from Varanasi constituency of Uttar Pradesh against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)'s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convener Arvind Kejriwal.
