Bengal polls: 78.25 percent turn out till 5 pm

Kolkata, Apr 30 (IBNS) Around 78.25 percent voters exercised their franchise till 5 pm in the fifth phase of West Bengal Assembly polls on Saturday where fates of several top candidates, including state Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, were decided.
