HC's 'suspect' tag no bearing on Centre Kejriwal cas : Supreme Court

New Delhi, May 29 (IBNS) In a setback for the Aam Aadmi Party government, the Supreme Court on Friday said the Delhi High Court's observation putting a 'suspect' tag on Union Home Ministry's notification demarcating the powers of the Lieutenant Governor and the Chief Minister should not influence further hearings.
