Do not dare to blackmail on black money: Congress tells Jaitley

New Delhi, Oct 22 (IBNS): A day after Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley jeered Congress on the black-money issue, the latter shot back at Jaitley by saying that Congress will not succumb to any pressure, media reported.
