Bengaluru/New Delhi, Jan 3 (IBNS): Political leaders, including Karnataka Home Minister G Parameshwara, have triggered an outrage with their remarks after they blamed 'western culture' as the reason behind the mass molestation incident in India's IT hub Bengaluru during new year eve.
