New Delhi, Nov 21 (IBNS): INS Chennai, a P 15A Guided Missile Destroyer, was commissioned into the Indian Navy by Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar at an impressive ceremony held at the Naval Dockyard, Mumbai on Monday.
