WB: Dog's photo on ITI entrance admit card, minister orders to arrest victim student

Kolkata, Jun 29 (IBNS): West Bengal Minister for Technical Education and Training Ujjal Biswas on Monday directed the police to lodge an FIR against Industrial Training Institute (ITI) entrance applicant Soumyadip Mahata who claimed that his photo was replaced with a dog's picture in his admit card.
