Kolkata, Aug 31 (IBNS):The Supreme Court on Wednesday cancelled the acquisition of 997 acres of land in West Bengal's Singur for the Tata Motors Nano car factory by the previous Left Front government, setting off celebrations among the land losers of the area near here, even as Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee welcome the ruling as a landmark victory.
