It is a setback to Parliamentary sovereignty: Prasad on SC ruling

New Delhi, Oct 16 (IBNS): Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad on Friday said the landmark verdict in which the Supreme Court rejected a new law that gives the government more say in appointing judges and reinstated the age-old collegium system of judges as a move which was a setback to parliamentary sovereignty.
