New Delhi, Dec 1 (IBNS) Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi is expected to speak in Parliament on Tuesday taking part in a debate on 'rising intolerance' in the country a day after the Lok Sabha witnessed repeated disruptions following uproars over a controversial comment attributed to Home Minister Rajnath Singh by a newsmagazine.
