New Delhi, Mar 8 (IBNS) Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday welcomed the Centre's decision to rollback tax on Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) withdrawals and said that he was happy to see people belonging the middle class getting some relief.
