India in tit-for-tat to China allows Uyghur leader to attend Tibetan Meet

New Delhi, Apr 22 (IBNS) In what appears to be a tit-for-tat response, India has riled China by granting visa to World Uyghur Congress (WUC) leader Dolkun Isa, whom China considers a terrorist, to participate in a conference from April 28 to May 1 in Himachal Pradesh's Dharamsala, the seat of the Tibetan government-in-exile.
