Srinagar, Feb 22 (IBNS): Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Friday took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his silence on the attacks on Kashmiris across the country in the wake of the Pulwama terror attack, which claimed the lives of 40 CRPF jawans.
