Kolkata, Apr 8 (IBNS): National General Secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Kailash Vijayvargiya expressed concerned over law and order situation in West Bengal and prompted the interference of central government, raising the questions about federal structure of the constitution, on Saturday, media reports.
