New Delhi, Feb 19 (IBNS): Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and Minister for Women and Child Development, Maneka  Sanjay Gandhi here on Tuesday jointly launched the Women Safety initiative of Emergency Response Support System (ERSS) in 16 States/UTs and Mumbai city.
