Cattle trade notification has nothing to do with cow slaughter rules in states: Jaitley

New Delhi, June 1 (IBNS): Reacting to the controversy which erupted over the Centre's notification to ban sale of cows and buffaloes in animal market, Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Thursday clarified that the notification issued on cattle trade has nothing to do with cow slaughter rules in states, media reports.
