African envoys condemn attacks on African students, call the acts racial and xenophobic

New Delhi, Apr 3 (IBNS) : A group of African envoys in India have strongly condemned the recent attacks on Nigerian students near Delhi, saying the incidents were "racial, xenophobic" in nature, NDTV reported.
