Mumbai, Feb 23 (IBNS): In its best ever performance in the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has managed to bag the second position with just two seats behind its estranged ally Shiv Sena in Mumbai.
