BS Yeddyurappa quits as Karnataka CM ahead of floor test, Cong calls it victory of democracy

Bengaluru, May 19 (IBNS): BJP strongman BS Yeddyurappa, who took oath as the Chief Minister of Karnataka two days ago triggering a firestorm of controversy over the Governor's decision to invite a party without requisite numbers, resigned from the post at the Vidhan Soudha (Assembly) on Saturday,without taking a floor test.
