Life starts limping back to normal in rain-battered Mumnai

Mumbai, Sep 20 (IBNS) : Life started crawling back to normal in Mumbai with surface transport resuming services as the met department announced that the "worst is over" even though heavy rains pounded the city for the second day on Wednesday, reports said.
