Heavy downpour causes flooding, traffic snarls on major roads in Delhi and surrounding region

New Delhi/IBNS: Heavy rains lashed Delhi and its surroundings on Wednesday, taking the mercury several notches down. The torrential rains left several areas of Delhi and Gurgaon flooded, leading to traffic snarls in major stretches of important roads.
