Delhi woman dragged by car: NCW seeks probe whether victim was sexually assaulted

New Delhi: The National Commission for Women has written to the Delhi Police Commissioner over the death of a woman who was killed after being hit by a car and dragged for nearly seven kilometres in outer Delhi's Sultanpuri, media reports said.
