SC fixes March 17 for final hearing of Sonia Gandhi's plea in National Herald case

New Delhi/UNI: The Supreme Court on Monday fixed March 17 for the final hearing of appeals filed by Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi against Delhi High Court order allowing re-assessment of their income tax for 2011-12 in connection with National Herald case.

SC defers final hearing of Ayodhya case till Feb 8

New Delhi, Dec 5 (IBNS) : The Supreme Court  on Tuesday deferred the final hearinng in the long-pending Ayodhya-Ram Janambhoomi case till Febuary 8, 2018 after a specially constituted bench sat  a day before the 25th anniversary of Babri Masjid demolition, reports said.

New Delhi, Dec 5 (IBNS) : The Supreme Court will on Tuesday start the final hearing in the Ayodhya case, just a day ahead of the 25th anniversary of Babri mosque demolition, an event that came as a  flash point over the contentious Ram Mandir issue, but refuses to die down till now casting a huge impact on the  country's polity.
