New Delhi, Mar 15 (IBNS): Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, who has been recently given the charge of Defence Ministry, while addressing in Rajya Sabha, lashed out at Congress party on Wednesday for their complains regarding formation of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government in Goa and Manipur despite being minority.
