New Delhi, Aug 20 (IBNS): President Ram Nath Kovind has written to the Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Ram Naik conveying his condolences on the loss of lives in the derailment of the Puri-Haridwar Kalinga Utkal Express at Khatauli near Muzaffarnagar in Uttar Pradesh.
