Srinagar/IBNS: High-speed internet services are being restored across Jammu and Kashmir after more than 18 months of a shutdown, a government official said on Friday.

Srinagar/UNI: Cellular and mobile internet services of all companies remained suspended for the second successive day on Thursday due to security reasons in Kashmir valley, after four militants, including top Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) commander Riyaz Naikoo, were killed in an encounter in Pulwama a day ago.

SC asks Jammu and Kashmir administration to review all restrictions within 7 days

New Delhi/IBNS: Giving a relief to the residents of the valley, the Supreme Court on Friday asked the Jammu and Kashmir administration to review all its restrictions including communication blockade and curb on internet services, which were imposed since the abrogation of Articles 370 and 35A on Aug 5, within seven days.

Broadband, mobile internet services resumed in Kashmir

Srinagar, Apr 13 (IBNS): Authorities have ordered to resume services of broadband and the mobile internet immediately after the re-polling was over in 38 polling stations of Budgam district in Srinagar Parliamentary constituency on Thursday.
