New Delhi, Sept 18 (IBNS): Promising to give 'befitting response', Director General of Military Operations (DGMO) Lt Gen Ranbir Singh said an initial investigation by the Army indicted the role of militant group Jaish-e-Mohammed in the Uri attack of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday where 17 Indian jawans were martyred.
