New Delhi, July 2 (IBNS): The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and the Ministry of Skill Development &Entrepreneurship (MSDE) on Saturday signed a Memorandum of Understanding for implementation of the Pravasi Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PKVY).
