Kolkata, Apr 3 (IBNS): With the 16th Parliamentary elections coming closer and voters gearing up to cast their votes, the National Institute of Professionals (NIP) NGO - an educational centre for the blind & disabled students held a panel discussion on “16th Parliamentary Election - Political Parties Manifesto & Disability” on Thursday here for the exploration of new avenue for the disabled.
