New Delhi/UNI: The Supreme Court on Tuesday issued notice to Madhya Pradesh Speaker NP Prajapati on plea by former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, seeking a floor test 'within 12 hours'.
