Chennai, Jan 22 (IBNS): Tamil Nadu Chief Minister O Panneerselvam was unable to inaugurate the Jallikattu ceremony in Madurai's Alanganallur as locals continued to protest demanding a more strong solution than the Saturday's Ordinance, which cleared the way for the bull-taming sport to be held in the state, media reports said.
