Police arrests BJP team, Naqvi slams TMC govt

Kolkata, Oct 30 (IBNS) West Bengal’s Birbhum district was turned into a political battleground as senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders, including Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, were arrested when they tried to enter a village despite prohibitory orders imposed in the region, triggering another conflict with the ruling Trinammol Congress (TMC) in the state.
