Mumbai, Apr 8 (UNI) Indian National Congress leader Priya Dutt and Bollywood actor Urmila Marondkar, who recently joined the INC, here on Monday filed the nomination papers from the Mumbai North Central and Mumbai North constituency respectively for the Lok Sabha elections.
