CBI seeks Centre's permission to move SC to reopen Bofors case

New Delhi, Oct 21 (IBNS): The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has sought permission of the Central Government to file a petition in the Supreme Court in order to reopen the Bofors case, 12 years after the Delhi High Court acquitted the Hinduja brothers pertaining to the pay-off scandal in the aforementioned event.
