New Delhi, Nov 2 (IBNS): In one of the rare instances, the national capital on Wednesday witnessed high political drama with the detention of Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal after they attempted to meet the family of ex-serviceman Ram Kishan Grewal who allegedly committed suicide over the one rank one pension (OROP) issue.

New Delhi, Nov 2 (IBNS): In a major development, Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi was detained for the second time by the police on Wednesday after he met the family of ex-serviceman Ram Kishan Grewal who allegedly committed suicide over the one rank one pension (OROP) issue.
