Kolkata/IBNS: Triggering an internal clash in the wake of the super Cyclone Amphan's devastation, West Bengal’s Consumer Affairs Minister and Trinamool Congress MLA Sadhan Pandey slammed Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) administrator Firhad Hakim for not being able to restore power and water supply to several parts of the city till now.
