Lucknow/UNI: Uttar Pradesh Minority Welfare Minister Mohsin Raza on Tuesday appealed to the Muslim community to avoid going to cemetery and shrines for offering their tribute to their forefathers on the occasion of Shab-e-Barat on April 8-9.
