No place for sympathizers of criminals in UP: Yogi Adityanath

Shamli (UP)/IBNS: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday slammed the previous regimes in the state and said that now all mafias and criminals have been eliminated and the state does not have a place for even those who sympathized with dreaded criminals who were a threat to society.

UP: 17 injured as bus overturns in Shamli

Shamli (UP)/UNI: Around 17 passengers were injured when a private bus in a bid to save a motorcycle coming from the opposite direction overturned in the Garhi Pukhta area of Shamli district here in Uttar Pradesh on Thursday, the police said here.

Lucknow, June 12 (IBNS): The Utatr Pradesh police on Wednesday said Station House Officer (SHO), GRP Shamli, Rakesh Kumar and Constable Sanjay Pawar were suspended after a video surfaced where a journalist was caught on camera being beaten up by a group of  GRP personnel.
