Mumbai, Feb 23 (IBNS): In its best ever performance in the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has managed to bag the second position with just two seats behind its estranged ally Shiv Sena in Mumbai.

Mumbai, Feb 23 (IBNS): Estranged allies Shiv Sena and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) are neck in neck with 84 and 81 seats respectively in the battle for Mumbai corporation as the saffron brigades routed the Congress and NCP.

Mumbai, Feb 23 (IBNS) : In a tough battle, the Shiv Sena remained a clear leader capturing 92 seats of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), ahead of the main rival BJP, but was still 20 short of the halfway mark of 114 required to rule the civic body with the result of only 20 seats remaining to be announced.
