New Delhi, Sept 24 (IBNS): Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Sunday thanked External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj for "recognising" his party's efforts in setting up IITs and IIMs during her speech at at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on Saturday where the latter spoke about combating terrorism while hitting out at Pakistan.
