17 jails in Telangana closed since 5 years due to drop of prisoners: Official

Hyderabad, May 18 (UNI) The prisons department in Telangana has closed down 17 out of 49 jails in the state during the last five years due to considerable drop in the number of prisoners coming to the jails.
