Supreme Court asks Goa court to begin trial in Tarun Tejpal sexual assault case

New Delhi, Dec 6 (IBNS) : The Supreme Court on Wednesday asked a Goa court to begin  trial of Tarun Tejpal, former editor of Tehelka and an accused in sexual assault of a junior colleague, reports said.

Lucknow, May 30 (IBNS) : A CBI special court in Lucknow on Tuesday framed charges of conspiracy against veteran BJP leader LK Advani and eleven other accused after rejecting the discharge petition in which the accused claimed that they were not guilty in the 1992 Babri mosque demolition, reports said.

New Delhi, Apr 19 (IBNS) : A day after liquor baron Vijay Mallya was arrested and then granted bail in London, Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu on Wednesday said that the Government will take all measures for his extradition for trial in India, media reports said.
