Silchar, Aug 2 (IBNS): A delegation of the Trinamool Congress, headed by a West Bengal Minister, was detained at the Silchar airport after it arrived in Assam in connection with the NRC issue, media reports said.

Guwahati, Aug 2 (IBNS): Amid heavy security measures and prohibitory orders, a  Trinamool Congress delegation, will visit Assam for two days from Thursday to assess the situation in the wake of the release of the complete draft of the National Register of Citizens (NRC).
