SRINAGAR, NOVEMBER 1 (UNI) An armored vehicle stationed near the Shrine of Khawaja Naqashband Sahib at Khawaja Bazar in down town Srinagar where curbs were imposed by the authorities as a precautionary measure fearing trouble in view of the special prayers on the occasion of annual Urs congregations on Friday.
