SRINAGAR, NOV 1 (UNI) Security forces ready to proceed at the encounter site at Rangreth area in the city outskirts where Hizbul Mujahideen chief Dr Saifullah was killed during an encounter ensued after a Cordon and Search Operation in Srinagar on Sunday.
