People gather at Vikas Dubey's encounter spot in Kanpur

KANPUR, JULY 10 (UNI):- People gathered at the spot where police personnel shot dead notorious gangaster Vikas Dubey where he allegedly tried to flee at Bhauti area in Kanpur on Friday. Dubey was main accused in Kanpur ambush case in whch eight policemen were killed.
