Kolkata hits outdoor to celebrate new year

As the clock struck 10 am, people started visiting the Indian Museum, Zoological Garden, Victoria Memorial in large numbers to celebrate the New Year. From kids to elders, everyone was in cheerful mood .Restrurants also started filling up quickly soon after noon. Huge crowd was seen at Zoological Garden on Thursday (Jan 1, 2015).
