Non heritage blocks of Writers' Buildings demolished

Kolkata, May 23 (IBNS) The non-heritage part of the Writers' Buildings, the former secretariat of West Bengal in Kolkata's old business hub Dalhousie from where present chief minister Mamata Banerjee shifted her office to Nabanna in Howrah for better operation, is being demolished for a complete revamp of the building. Reports said the courtyard of the building after demolition will have gardens.
